Job Description

Beacon Energy is hiring an Assistant Manager - Research and Development to support the development and testing of solar and IoT-based energy products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded systems, IoT protocols, and renewable energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and testing of solar and IoT-based products
  • Assist in IoT connectivity and cloud monitoring integration
  • Test, debug, and optimize embedded and IoT devices
  • Work with sensors, communication modules, and analytics tools
  • Maintain technical documentation and compliance records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Renewable Energy
  • 3–4 years of experience in solar, IoT, or power system R&D
  • Hands-on experience with IoT protocols and cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills
