Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for solar, IoT-enabled, and hybrid solutions
- Drive product development from concept to deployment
- Evaluate emerging solar, IoT, embedded, and storage technologies
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams
- Manage projects, resources, and compliance requirements
- Mentor R&D team members and drive innovation culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Renewable Energy
- 5+ years of R&D experience in solar and IoT solutions
- Strong expertise in embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, and energy storage
- Experience with inverters, hybrid systems, or smart power devices
- Proven leadership and project management skills
