Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Logistics

Beacon Energy is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Logistics to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate stock management, and timely dispatch of solar equipment and related products.

• Manage warehouse operations and inventory control
• Ensure stock accuracy and maintain ERP records
• Plan dispatch and coordinate transportation
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and material handling
• Maintain warehouse layout, space utilization, and FIFO practices
• Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain logistics documentation and reports
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams
• Ensure safe storage and handling of solar equipment
• Supervise warehouse staff and enforce safety compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse & logistics (solar, electrical, construction, or engineering preferred)
• Strong ERP and MS Excel knowledge
• Experience handling high-value and fragile equipment
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
